As a customer service agent, you’lll be responsible for customer care, resolving clients’ issues, adjusting the passengers’ bookings via phone or email.

Responsibilities:
The customer service agent is the position responsible for providing service to the company’s clients with existing reservations and at the same time assisting the sales department with technical GDS procedures, working on customer preferences and company interests.
The customer service agent will be involved and maintain operative working relationships with the sales and all support departments. The agent’ll provide the team with the required information regarding such processes as ticket issuance, exchange procedures, refund procedures, name corrections, flight reinstatements, etc.
Ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• High school diploma
• Experience in customer care, preferably in travel
• Problem-solving ability and effective decision-making skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Chat experience is a plus
• Basic PC keyboarding skills
• A general knowledge of geography
